Building Permit and Start of Construction
On March 19, 2024, we received the building permit for the Paul7 project – a significant milestone on the way to realizing this exceptional construction endeavor. Shortly thereafter, on April 29, 2024, construction work began and has been progressing steadily since.
Sales Launch
The sales launch has already begun, and we are delighted by the strong interest in the 19 high-quality city apartments that Paul7 offers. These exclusive residential units are located in one of Munich's prime locations – the Wiesenviertel, nestled between the Old Town, Glockenbachviertel, Westend, and the central train station. Paul7 offers future residents the highest living comfort and a central location that leaves nothing to be desired.
Architecture and Concept
The Paul7 construction project represents modern and sustainable living comfort. In collaboration with the renowned architecture firm Baumschlager Eberle, the two existing buildings will be comprehensively redesigned. The goal: to create a harmonious blend of contemporary design and sustainable construction that honors the historical character of Munich's second-oldest district.
