Piccola Ma Carina is a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and offers comprehensive support for builders and planning teams throughout the certification process according to DGNB standards.
The DGNB certificate aims to take a holistic view of the entire life cycle of a building, taking into account various dimensions of sustainability, including the ecological, economic, social and cultural dimensions as well as the quality of the planning and execution process. Depending on the level of compliance achieved, a building can receive a certificate in platinum (> 80%), gold (> 65%) or silver (> 50%). For existing buildings, bronze can also be achieved with a fulfillment rate of more than 35%.
In the certification process, Piccola Ma Carina offers support at various levels:
Pre-assessment or pre-assessment: In this phase, together with the client and the planning team, we analyse which certification level is to be expected and how improvements can be made.
Pre-certificate: Here, a comprehensive catalog of objectives is prepared and submitted in order to obtain a pre-certificate that can be used at an early stage to market the property.
Certificate: Piccola Ma Carina accompanies the planning process, ensures that the desired goals are met, and provides support with documentation. Once the building is completed, the documents are compiled and the DGNB will support the issuance of the final certificate
