Living Comfort on Kalkstraße 42
A total of six residential units are being built at Kalkstraße 42, all accessible barrier-free via a newly installed elevator. The clear architecture, combined with high-quality furnishings, ensures that all residents feel comfortable in their home.
Another advantage: The former inner courtyard is being transformed into a green garden, serving as a recreational and play area for all generations. Additionally, subtle rear balconies extend the living space outdoors, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoor area in a relaxed manner—whether for unwinding, playing, or socializing in the open air.
