Düsseldorf

WinWin

With WIN WIN, two identical 19-storey high-rise buildings rise above Düsseldorf's media harbor. The ensemble, which also includes a six-story loft house, was developed by FRANKONIA Eurobau, planned by the architecture firm Kister Scheithauer Gross.

The implementation was carried out under the project management of Leonie and Paul Hendrik Schneider. An extremely demanding task due to its location, scope and details and complex from a technical, organizational and economic point of view.

Two twin towers

A total of 403 apartments ranging from 29 to 230 m2 and 299 parking spaces were built here. The distinctive twin towers, which with their brick façade recall the town's industrial past, are the only residential project in the media harbor and are therefore remarkable not only because of their outstanding position.

On the inside, WIN WIN offers an innovative usage concept. In addition to — partly fully furnished — serviced apartments and a concierge, there are a number of common areas, such as fitness rooms, a club lounge or a green and wind-protected roof terrace with views over the Rhine and the state capital. A public restaurant also contributes to the livability of residents at this exceptional location.
