MÜNCHEN: St.-Paul-Straße

Newly conceived - brought to life

The property on St.-Paul-Straße is located in the beautiful Ludwigsvorstadt district of Munich. Due to its proximity to the Theresienwiese, the neighbourhood around the newly designed project is also known as the "Wiesenviertel". With its elegant and villa-like apartment and residential buildings, this is one of the oldest quarters in Munich - and is now being enriched by another prestigious residential property.
The front and rear buildings are being converted into upscale living space.

Studios and 2-3 room flats will be created. The existing middle building will round off both buildings with an inner courtyard and garden in front of it and will house "community spaces" inside, e.g. in the form of a bar or lounge. Beyond a high-quality, architectural and use-specific redesign of the interior and exterior areas, the project will set standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. The architecture is being developed by the renowned architectural firm »Baumschlager & Eberle Architekten«.
